We pride ourselves on being educated and well trained to make sure you are receiving the best possible care. We strive to please you from the moment you call our office to schedule an appointment, as well as during your office visit, and with the discussion of any insurance issues that may arise after your visit.
Andrea has been with our practice since August 2003. She is currently our Billing Manager and Surgical Coordinator. Her duties over the years have included, Front Desk Administrator, Audio Tech, HIPAA Compliance officer, and assisting the office manager.
Teresa has been with our practice since July 2011 and is our Front Desk Receptionist. She is the first and last person you will see when you visit us and always has a smile and a warm greeting for you. She is the one that schedules your appointment as soon as possible and confirms your appointment the day before. Teresa also helps prepare for your visit the day before and will let you know what your insurance benefits are so you are prepared for your visit.
Our Medical Assistants Melissa, Erica, and Melinda assist Dr. Grillo in providing quality health care to all of our patients. Silvia is our Allergy Nurse who does the skin testing as well as formulate the course of treatment either by injection or by sublingual (under the tongue) drops.
About Audiology
If you plan to see Dr. Grillo for hearing issues it is possible he may order a Hearing Test. If so, you will be seen by an Audiologist or a Certified Audiologist Technician from Gardner Audiology. All Gardner Audiologists have earned a Masters or Doctors degree in Audiology.
